Site Prep/Demo (test pits, tree clearing, asphalt pulverization, existing curb and concrete sidewalk removal, stripping loam, removal of existing site lighting, removal of existing utility piping)
Grading/Earthwork, Including 7,200 T Of Site Cuts
Excavate & Backfill For 92,000 SF Building Foundation
Site Dewatering
Site Drainage System Installation
Sanitary Sewer Installation
Fire Protection & Domestic Water Installation
Excavate & Backfill For Site Electrical
Excavate & Backfill For Site Retaining Walls
Prep For & Install Site Finishes (granite and precast concrete curb, concrete sidewalks, grading/prep for bituminous concrete parking)
